Troopers say that two of the three victims were not buckled up.

One person is killed and two others are hurt in a single-vehicle crash in rural Ottawa County Sunday night.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 23-year-old Craig Davis of Minneapolis was driving south on 120th Road. He lost control, entered the east ditch, and rolled.

Davis was killed in the crash. Troopers say he was not buckled up.

Two passengers were hurt. 19-year-old Brian Fraser of Minneapolis, who also was not buckled up, was transported to Ottawa County Hospital. 18-year-old Christine Rice of Salina, who was bucked up, was transported to Salina Regional Health Center.

The crash happened at around 7:45 Sunday night at 120th Road and Cloud Road, or 2 miles west of U.S. 81 Highway, in rural Ottawa County.
