A teen from Chapman is hurt in a single-vehicle crash in rural Dickinson County on Sunday.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 17-year-old Marci Scripter was driving a pickup truck west on K18 Highway. She swerved off the road, overcorrected to the left, and overturned.

Scripter, who was buckled up, was hurt. She was transported to the hospital in Junction City.

The crash happened just after noon on Sunday, 15 miles west of Junction City on K 18 Highway.
