The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office says that there is no indication of foul play in the death of 53-year-old Walter Henry Miller.

Dickinson County authorities identify a body found by a hunter near Chapman, and say there are no indications of foul play.

A hunter discovered the body Tuesday afternoon in a field east of Chapman. A local Chapman man was walking along a milo field bird hunting when he discovered the body of a deceased adult male.

The body is identified as 53-year-old Walter Henry Miller from Owensboro, Kentucky. Miller, who had not been in contact with family recently, had signs of physical health issues.

The last confirmed contact by him was with a previous employer in another state back in July.

Miller has no known ties to this area of Kansas.
