An unusual crash in Dickinson County leads to the arrest of a woman on possible drunk driving charges.
According to the Dickinson County Sheriff's Office, emergency responders were sent to a reported injury crash at around 4:45 in the morning Sunday at a bridge east of Abilene.
The first responders found a full-sized pickup truck balanced on the edge of the bridge, with the guard rail extending through the entire engine compartment and coming out the rear window. A passenger in the truck was trapped, and was rescued by firefighters. The passenger was transported to the hospital in Abilene.
The driver of the truck, Stephanie Perry, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
