Naomi Conant Stieven, 94, of Herington, died Tuesday, June 26th, 2012, at the Medicalodges of Herington. She was born on December 7, 1917, at Weldon, Iowa, the daughter of Carey M. and Lela May (Trisler) Brown.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, June 29th, 2012, at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel; with Pastor Shawn Baird officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday morning from 9am until 10am at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel.
Mrs. Stieven was a clerk at the Duckwalls Store in Herington for many years. She graduated from Herington High School with the class of 1936.
She married Merle D. (Moots) Conant on April 30, 1938, at Marion, and he past away on February 23, 1975; and married Angelo M. Stieven on December 3, 1983, at Herington, and he past away on October 19, 1998.
She is also preceded in death by three (3) brothers (Walter Brown, Dale Brown, & Donald Brown), and her parents.

Daughter: Iantha Pankow (husband-Earl) of Eagle River, WI
Two step-daughters: Joyce Stieven of Portland, OR
Jenny Beranek of Beverton, OR
Two granddaughters: Julie & Vicki
Four Grandsons
