Pauline H. Perkins, age 91, died November 15, 2012 at the Kenwood View Nursing Home in Salina,KS. She was born Pauline Helen Schuetz on August 30, 1921 on a farm near Hoxie, KS. to Mathias and Elizabeth S. (Reinert) Schuetz.
She lived in the San Francisco, CA area for many years, and worked for the Jesuit Priest\'s as a secretary for over 13 years. She then moved to Concordia, KS and worked for the St. Mary Convent in Concordia for over 12 years before moving to Salina to be with her sister.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Isabel Peltier and Henrietta LaBarge, as well as three brothers, Robert, Raymond and Bernard Schuetz.
She is survived by two sisters, Asella Lindstrom of Salina, KS and Josephine Goscha of Garden City, KS. As well as many nieces and nephews.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Monday, November 19, 2012 at the St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, 230 E. Cloud St. Salina, KS with Fr. Kerry Ninemire as celebrant and Fr. Brian Lager as co-celebrant.
Burial will be in the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Salina.
A Vigil/Rosary Service will be 7:00 pm Sunday at the Ryan Mortuary, 137 North Eighth St., Salina.
Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday at the the Mortuary.
