Beth Ann King, 38, of McPherson, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly at 6:37 a.m., Thursday, January 10th, at her home.
Beth was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on February 26, 1974, the daughter of Michelle (Dunn), and Billy Jack (BJ) Smith, Jr.
Beth attended Washington Elementary School, McPherson Middle School and McPherson High School.
Through the years Beth worked as a waitress for Red Coach Inn and currently for Montana Mikes, also worked for Wal-Mart and as a machine attendant for Ferguson Production.
Beth was united in marriage to Darryl Ryan King on August 4, 2012 at McPherson, Kansas
Surviving family members include her husband Darryl King, of McPherson, Kansas; her daughters Madison Ricks, of Hillsboro, Kansas and Isabell Jones, of Lehigh, Kansas; her mother Michelle Smith, of McPherson, Kansas; her father B. J., Smith and his wife Pam, of Little River, Kansas; her sister Amy Strella and her husband Darren, of Pace, Florida; her brother Chris Smith and his wife Holly, of Hutchinson, Kansas; her paternal grandmother Jettie Smith, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Beth was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Billy Jack Smith, Sr.; her maternal grandparents, LaVonne Sanow and Frank Dunn.
Friends are invited to call on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Glidden - Ediger Chapel, McPherson, Kansas.
Funeral service will be held at New Hope Evangelical Church, McPherson, Kansas, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 14th, with Pastor Jim Keil officiating.
Burial will be at the McPherson Cemetery McPherson, Kansas.
