Carol Jean Nichols, 78, Salina, passed away peacefully on Jan. 17, 2013 at the Kaye Pogue Hospice Center after fighting a courageous battle with cancer for 3 years. Carol was born in Britton, S. Dakota to George and Beatrice Bernadette Wilson on Oct. 29, 1934. She retired from Tonys Pizza Service.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wesley Nichols.

A private memorial service for family members will be held.
Burial will be in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial donations may be made to the Kaye Pogue Hospice Center.
