LeRoy Glen HolcomLeRoy Glen Holcom ,84, passed away on Monday, February 11. He was born March 22, 1928 to Glen and Hannah (Hesher) Holcom.

LeRoy graduated from Gypsum High School.

He is survived by:

Sheree (Dave) Spratlen of Salina
Sandy (Jim) Lumb of Manhattan
9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren:

LeRoy and Beth were married on December 1, 1951 in Wichita Falls, TX while he was stationed in the Air Force.

He was a veteran of the Korean War; a lifetime member of the Elks; member of the American Legion Post #1040, Lindsborg.

LeRoy was a farmer, worked for Cooks Paint as a tile and flooring installer, and retired from the Salina County Appraisers Office.

Friends may pay their respect Monday, from 7-9 pm at the family home in Salina.

The celebration of LeRoys life is at the Ryan Mortuary, Salina, Tuesday, February 19, 11am.

Inurnment at the Gypsum Cemetery will be at 3pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to the V.F.W. Ladies Aux.
